- Total Barre – A fusion of Pilates, dance, cardio and strength training. No dance experience required.

- Bootcamp/Cardio/Sculpt – Circuit style interval training keep your heart rate up and sculpting tones and firms. A variety of equipment used, including stability balls, TRX, Bosu and light weights.
- TRX – Suspension training that leverages gravity and your own bodyweight to build strength. Control your own intensity by adjusting your body position.
- Detox Trampoline/TRX – Build strength and burn calories with high intensity interval training combining trampoline and TRX suspension. Increase circulation of the lymphatic system and detoxify.
